Nova Flex Multi-Purpose Adhesive Sealant. Used by window manufacturers for over 20 years, Novaflex® is a complete line of one-part and two-part sealants meeting the needs of window, door and siding dealers, building material wholesalers and contractors. It is AAMA verified for window and door installations and available in 54 colors (9 of which are in-stock at Hancock Lumber), along with being waterproof and permanently flexible and resistant to cracking and discoloration.
3M Flashing Tape. This product has a unique acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive that aggressively sticks and stays stuck both at lower and higher application temperatures than traditional flashing tapes. It even adheres to damp surfaces.
Self Adhering Stainless Steel Flashing. This York brand product is made right there in Maine! Designed as a lap/splice flashing, it is compatible with the majority of air barriers, sealants, insulations, roofing membranes and below grade waterproofing, which makes it a terrific transition flashing.
