His attention to detail and follow up are exceptional and I always trusted that he had our best interest in mind. When the tech team came to do their inspections, we truly felt that they were invested in delivering a fair outcome. They were extremely thorough and took the time to review every detail. Marc and Joe performed the replacements and they were awesome. They were extremely courteous, careful in our home, and quick to get the job done. A true pleasure!
