A Ripple Effect of Kindness

Creating a Ripple Effect of Kindness.

Recently, Home Again Kitchen + Bath Designer (and mixed media artist), Roberta Campbell’s artwork was featured as part of a story in The Gorham Times titled, “A Ripple Effect of Kindness.” At her home in Gorham, Berta has created a “kindness” display to encourage compassion in the community. She’s interested in making her signs part of a Kindness campaign, and working to generate a large ripple effect that encourages thoughts about compassion that turn into action.

It took Berta over six months to create the signs and hone her message. “With kindness comes such a natural high. Kindness creates this ripple effect of kindness,” she attributes her signs to personal growth. “I was seeing so much hatred have a ripple effect when there are so many good things to focus on. The crux of life is to be kind to one another.”

You can read the entire article in this current issue of The Gorham Times. Thank you for keeping kindness present in your every day, Berta. You have started a ripple at Hancock Lumber, and we wanted to share this today to help keep it going!
